This is not an original photo by any means. But how could I visit and not

take a shot at it? This 5 shot composite HDR shows richness in detail and

color. Viewed large, the people at top right of the falls are visible. Thanks

for looking.

WOW, at first I thought it was make believe .The power of the waterfall & rugged surroundings is well documented.  I wonder what it looks like without HDR.  Nice one Dominick.  John

John, for the most part I keep any HDR images I post toned down and less obvious.  My intent is often clarity, and/or a little more light in the shadows.  I rarely like the cartoonish HDR.   Mostly, I don't say when an image is a HDR either :-)

Beautiful shot, Dom.  I never noticed the people at the top when we were there, guess we were to excited by the rainbow.

The colors in the rocks are incredible guess that's why they call it "The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone".

Note to future travelers; if memory serves, the target time is around 10 AM.. if the Sun is showing.

The classic view perfectly captured and presented.  An excellent use of HDR (when you have to tell to even know).  Ahhh, wish I were there...  Mike

I don't know if it can get too much more magnificent than this Dom. The people are so 'small'!!! These are sights that acutally bring tears to my eyes. The utter majesty and wonderful colors of 'Nature's' Paintbrush. Very nice work!

Excellent composed.  Grandeur view with the sharp details.  I could imagine how difficult to find a position to shoot this one.  Like you were in the air.  Best Regards,
