There are a lot of things to like here. The high key and sharp focus in the contrasting areas, the repeat of the circle earring in the roundness of her breast, and the unique choice of position of the model are what come immediately to mind. A very interesting image. Congratulations!

Roberto.  I also think this is a great image and agree with Amy about the repeated shapes in the image.  I really like the overall sharpness as well.
