Moon rise on the swamp

If you rate harshly, please drop a line explaining what I could have done to

make this better.

The only "issue" I can see here is the apparent modest light on the water at the bottom of the photo.  I think it should fade to black at the bottom.  Otherwise, I think it's fine to center this as you have, I like the reflection, the clouds have appropriate detail, and the moon is in a good position.  The yellow vegetation on the shoreline might be a bit bright -- I wouldn't expect this level of brightness in vegetation in this location, but it does help to separate the land from the water.

The unnatural light that you see at the bottom is from artificial lights.

I was on the deck of a local restaurant on the swamp, while shooting this image and there were lights there. That light caught on because of the long exposure.

I left it in there because of the weirdness that it lends.
