Swaying!

I like this image, very strong. It reminds me of some of the WPA pictures from the 1930's. Some of the most outstanding photographers were commissioned by the federal government to tell the story of Depression-era America in photographs.

Laurent,I like how you composed this image,is a subject I try often to catch but your is very good,I like grey tones achieved,feeling of wind and sunset light,compliments my friend for this.

Nice work, Laurent. I like the way the straws make a silhouette against the sky. A little more sun would perhaps make it even better.

Thank you kindly.I guess a more defined sun would have been good here but it was a sort of undecided sunset with the stringy clouds and on this shot I waited for the sun to peek from under that deep cloud but could not get a full view of it.As for the remainder,I played with the light until I got the best silhouette on the swaying grass(hay).
