Agree completely with the previous post.  Not sure what combination lens/camera you're using but viewed large, the detail is simply amazing.  Super super sharp.  Great eyes.  Really nice.

I do wish your crop had allowed the top of his head to be shown also but, still a very nice portrait!

Viewing the larger version really shows some amazing details but I do wish there were more shooting (EXIF) data. Mostly because you've been very successful in finding the "sweet spot" of that EF75-300mm lens obviously. And I never could! Perhaps I just had a bad sample.

Not sure if you've added the equipment you used since Charles above posted, but it's nice to find those that include information under the "Details" tab.
