The square format fits the image well. For some reason I feel like she should have been framed a bit closer to the right edge leaving more room around her hair.

I like square pictures.  Here I think that there is some dead space on the right that could be trimmed off.  This is only a minor quibble.  The image itself is very well executed. It might possibly be improved with - 1/4 stop.
