Raymond, I think the radial blur works here. However, IMO the bright area behind her knees is distracting and overall I am first drawn to the brighter areas before really seeing her. I would try the same action and blurring with a different background and really getting her colors spot on to be the pop of the image.

It looks like you have found a quiet and secluded setting . I like the blur effect and the back light on Joslyn's hair is perfect . I also see she is wearing yet another dress ! Excellent shot . Bill
