Good impact and nice technique.  I suggests toning down the hot areas on the stone thing in the background as is pulls my eyes away from her face.  Still, a good image.

Re: Blown hi-lites , try setting a new layer to Softlight and brushing over them with black . It won't get rid of them , but it will tone them down .
