Ghost Crab

Patience is a virtue, something I normally do not have.

I saw this ghost crab scurry into its hole and set up the D700 on the

sand next to the hole. I used a 6' remote trigger so I could stay

further away from its burrow if and when it emerged. It took about 20

minutes for it to come back out.

Well worth the wait! Patience is a virtue (I also do not possess it as much as I should.) Nice color and focus. You might try bringing down the highlight on its back a little and maybe dodging the front slightly, just to help focus the eye a bit more. Nice shot.
