This pic was shot from Junargali Pass (17100 ft) above Roopkund. Mt.

Trishul and Mt. Nandaghunti were at a stones throw distance from me. It

was an overwhelming experience.

Arup,   I agree, this is a piece of paradise.  Nice clear and sharp image.  By including the mountains and their valley in a wide angle shot, you achieve wonderful sense of space and grandeur.  Are these the Himalayas in northern India?  I also appreciate the geography lesson to someone like me who is viewing this from North America.  Thanks for sharing this image.
