It is an imaginative use of the wide angle to create this composition. The symmetry of boat edges and the lines at the base lead the focus to the couple. The river bank the trees and the sky line curve to frame the subject.

A super image indeed and as been said, great use of the wide lens... Fisheye?

yes. I used a 15mm fisheye lens. Thanks for the comments!!

An interesting use for the fisheye. I have one but don't use it that much. I don't know what your intent was but to me it seems flat and would be more appealing with a bump in contrast. I did an edit to show what I mean, just my 2 cents.
