Fishing village 4

From a small village in the northern part of Norway. The name of the

village is Sleneset.

Eystein,  Nice to connect with you again.  This is an excellent image.  I like the clarity, quaintness, sharpness, simplicity, and colors.  The birds are a bonus.  I assume the distant blue is a mountain covered by a cloud?  I have some images from Nova Scotia, Canada that are similar.  Best to you.  Larry

The image really comes to life when viewed large.  I love the vibrant colours and the sharpness, it reminds me of the fishing trip to Norway I took a couple of years ago. Beautiful country!

You are right, Gale. This is from a trip I made to the northern part of Norway last summer. And I have published several images from the trip before. The distant blue is a distant mountain on a distant island. This part of Norway has the most beautiful landscapes in my opinion.

When I saw this one,I like Gail recalled your earlier posts of this area.I like how that cloud is capping that mountain and creates a great background to this colorful scene.Good work!

Excellent detail, colour and life.  Well worth viewing larger to appreciate its beauty and drama.  One point, though, would love to see just a little more room given to the orange building on the far left.
