Your colour theme for June must be red. :-)  It's a bit of a coin toss to pick a favourite from your three most current offerings but I think this one is mine.  I like the crop, the soft lighting, and the background treatment.  But it's the composition, the inclusion of the bud, lower left, that elevates this one above the ordinary for me.  Great vision, great capture!  Best, LM.

Dear Len, as I remember, this is one of the first photos I have took as a test to my Canon 7D. The camera really shows a very good details for a different subjects, but I always prefer the print file and the focusing of 5D. Thanks for stopping by and to the points you have referred. best regards
