Marvin,  Isn't this an exciting adventure.  I'd be inclined to crop the foreground to get closer to the birds.  Were you on a Cruceros Australis cruise?  We did one in 2008.  Best to you.  Larry

It was a Grand Circle cruise in 2013. I didn't crop it in order to preserve the whole scene. I've got plenty of closer shots of the cormorants but I chose to do a scenic landscape here. See my South America file.
