Thanks for viewing/comments! I always like to shoot egret on a cloudy day

with just some sunlight (defuse) ... besides, there aren't many other type of

bird to shoot lately :-)

Great shot of an egret in flight.  Exposure is always difficult when shooting white birds, but you nailed this one.  Good work.

Thanks Bill! Good to hear from you  I generally, shoot with all the default setting and cut the EV to -1 when I use TV (shutter speed priority). When I shoot manual I take a test shot and make the adjustment accordingly and dial up/down by guessing on the flight  :-)

Very good shot. The soft background goes a long ways to make the egret stand out. The detail in the feathers is very nice.
