Strong pose, and a like the contrast of the lines created by the pose against the lines created by the floor boards.  Maybe touch more contrast would help the image, it feels a little flat.  I note you shot on ISO3200, so I presume it was quite dark, so maybe a reflector or off camera flash could have increased this consist by lighting the subject selectively.
