Beautiful shot of the model Mark.  The only critique I could offer would be to have used a larger aperture to blur the background, or at least go into PS and significantly blur it there.  Really nice!

Actually, leaving the background in focus is very voyeuristic.  You wonder who's  watching.  Very naughty of you both.
