The Strange (or Quaint) Forest near Ejina Qi, China in the Inner Mongolia

harbors hundreds of dead poplars in the harshest of environments. Though

very remote, it took me over a half an hour to get this shot without any

Chinese tourists in it. Apparently, every Chinese tourist feels that it is his

patriotic duty to have his picture while sitting on the exposed root ball.
