I am uploading a retouch effort for your consideration.  Is that a huge pimple above her lip or a birthmark?  If it is a birthmark it should probably stay unless she takes the initiative in asking you to remove it.  This is a hip, cool, fashion centered, senior portrait type of image handled well.  The pink pattern in her dress does a nice job of stealing attention away from the background.  Her facial color seems overly saturated compared with her other flesh areas--but you never know what a woman will do with make-up until she does it.  A feathered selection around her face and dropping the saturation 10 points might do the trick (if that is what she and you want).
