You are the master of this genre of image and it is very well done. My only suggestion would be to include the bottom part of the blue lip.

I am not expecting you to reveal your professional secrets but I am presuming that this is some sort of 3D rendering software.

This is all done in Photoshop, no 3D. Only applying several different filters and adjusting their settings...

If it was mine I would have expected a lot of sevens, so seven it is!
