Ah!  This looks like the same model I commented upon recently.  Here she is radiant in her smile and acceptance of the photographer (thereby the viewer)  Very nice photo.

Rater nr.16, gave a 2 for this photograph. The rating average felt from 5.42 to 5.12. I can live with this rating, but I would know more of the motivation of rater 16. What are the real thoughts of this rater (protection? pervert?? superphotographer?) . I only can suppose some ideas. 15 photographers gave a good rating, the 16th a 2. Nice. Kind regards. hen Ry

Love the look & feel, the models interaction is also charming and at the same time a little more erotic, stunning body, great lighting to compliment her physique, if i was being at all picky i would have cloned out the vertical joint in the wall to the models right, the others are fins but this one kind of leads my eye away from the model.

And its never a 2 in a month of Sundays, had the same problem last week with some of my sports images.

Hen Ry,  Thank you for dedicating the image to me.  I revisited it today and see you are commenting upon the picture rating system.  I have belonged to several different groups that do photo rating and commenting.  It seems to be a problem because people feel that there is cheating. In two cases I saw the entire groups dissolve because of giving numerical ratings.

When I started on PN I thought it to be different.  Then one day I saw a magnificent image by another member and gave him the top rating.  I received a note back from the people who run this place saying that I could not give him a top rating because he had given me a top rating the day before.  (I was not aware of it)  Recognizing the same old problem here I stopped accepting and giving any ratings.  If someone makes a suggestion for a change or improvement, I often respond to their comment.  Sometimes I thank them for the suggestions and sometimes I explain why I think the original method I used was better.  Difference of opinion should always exist in such groups.

But giving points just leads to competitiveness; people want to win and winning means getting the top score.  That is a human frailty, I am afraid.

Your work is progressing nicely; you are a better photography with each set you submit.  Don't worry about numbers.  Better is to ask each reviewer to tell you what they like about the picture - then - make any suggestions regarding possible improvement.  Suggestions help you become better; numbers do not.
