Your exposure is spot-on, Dave.  This has great colors and I love the texture of the cliff in the background.  Well done!

I like the diagonal arrangment of the boats and the textures in the rock strata on the far bank.  I don't think the 50/50 split does it any favours though, a crop of about 50% of the space between the botom and the first boat and a small amount vertical from the left hand side seems to balance it.

Alf, I think you are right about the crop. I just did not really think about cropping when post processing as I should have. Thanks for the constructive help.

I like the coloration found in this scene.

Technically, the use of F/10 should be avoided any good lens, especially shorter focal lengths at larger working distances.

I would have shot this at F/5.6 or faster.
