I like the background, the details in her hands and fingers, the falling florets of the dandelion that she is holding, her necklace and her dress.

But all that aside, I think what makes this picture stand out is her expression - she seems completely unaware of the photographer. I do not think she is concentrating on the dandelion either. It seems she is lost in some deep thought which is above and far beyond the dandelion. It's just that she has the flower in her hand and she is carelessly blowing on it.
