A very beautiful image!Compliments & regards..

An attractive woman with a very colorful dress. A nice pose with soft light.  A couple of thoughts. First I find it rather blueish and I think it would be more appealing warmed up a bit. I might also clone out the leave coming in from the top and tone down the bright spots on the left of the frame. Also there is a hot spot on her left hand and would try to recover some tone there. I did an edit to show what I mean, I also did a little dodge and burn, sharpening  etc. Just my 2 cents.

But I would like to tell  you something, 1st of all you can see from my details that my photo is un-manipulated one.
So, I do not use cloning, dodging and burning into my photo. And I do not like the over-sharpening my image too.
However, I really grateful to you for your concern.
