frigo 4,155 Posted May 28, 2013 During the rainy season,the level of the Amazon rises to a point where the ground floors of the houses in the Belen sector of Iquitos are abandoned and residents move up to the second floor.The raised sidewalks are used until the waters receed at the dry season.Thank you for your comment-Laurent Link to comment
