This is a very nice photo both in color and B+W. I feel the B+W works best in this specific situation because the cars are less noticeable...they kind of pop out in the color version. However, I do like (and prefer) the color take on this scene if you could re-shoot without cars (may have to wait a bit for the snow!...hopefullly!!!). For me there is a bit of a disconnect in what is suggested in typical B+W rural scenes (that being timelessness), and the obvious modernity of the recently-built fence, the tracks in the snow and of course the cars. The color version celebrates the "now" of the scene nicely and has great authenticity to it. Great job with this!

I do like the angle of the bridge and the way it is counter balanced by the trees. I think I prefer the B & W version, for me it epitomises the winter much better.
