LenMarriott 9 Posted September 9, 2013 With over 5200 posts you are a most prolific poster. It appears to me that you have posted images straight out of the camera with no post exposure manipulation. Forgive me if I am wrong. Since all of my posts have had some post adjustment I have attempted to dress this image up as much as I could. I started by rotating the image counter clockwise so the major vertical lines are actually vertical. Then I cropped some elements which are cut by the frame lines to eliminate any tension caused to the viewer by them. A little contrast adjustment for the flat lighting and a tad of sharpening finished the job. Oh, yah, I also like to place a bit of a frame line around my posts to help contain them. Your mileage may vary. This is only MY opinion. Hope you find it useful. Best, LM. Link to comment
maria 7 Posted September 11, 2013 Hi Len,well, even so I am far behind the photos taken - I think that I arrived in 2010, but my recent photos I put on facebook. I will have to post some new ones at the end of the month as I run out from what I can put for critique (and have to chose some which are not on FB ;) ). Always the better ones uploaded are the first and now I start reaching the end.Unfortunately for PN I cannot upload directly from the camera as I have to decrease the size of the photo, and then I also do some autolevels, but that's all.Thank you so much for your comment and time and improved picture!kind regardsMaria Link to comment
