While working on this Abstract composition, I arrived at a point where

the image reminded me of a colorful Crustacean (everyone will see

something different). I moved a step forward and the image got a

little scary, so I stepped back and stayed with this one. (any visits

and comments are always welcomed, thanks in advance for your

consideration, Gail)

Hi Gail,

I most certainly see the crustacean reference! However, what really strikes me with this is the sense of depth! It has a strong 3D impression, even on my decidedly 2D laptop! Fabulous!

I'm not really into Abstract , but I can see what you are trying to say with this one . I must delve into the Filter menu and see what I can come up with ! Bill

Hi Babe !

If I say "The dragon", it is a cliche. Isn't it ? (however...)

Thus I see the leader (why always leaders have to obtain the honors ?!).

Rephrase:

Thus I see an arthropod. (I love Scorpions, don't you ?!)

Congrats Gail !

I too enjoyed seeing the original. What a transformation - from flower to animal. There are parts of the "body" that you can see through which makes it really interesting - almost like a dissection or some very strange life form.

Fun work.

Wow! This interesting flower has produced ominous "thorns". "Look but don't touch" is the watchword here!! Seriously, a very nice abstract creation from the original. Well done!

Intriguing picture. Great colors and symmetric beauty...and yet, it seems, it's alive! And with big pointed fangs, too!

Outstanding transformation! From fragile spring beauty, to some think that looks like macro of insect!

I probably have the 'scarier' version among the Edits file, but sometimes I DELETE them. I don't even like to "CREEP" myself out!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts Jamie!!

Many thanks for your enthusiastic input Tim!!! I have some updates to do on my laptop so I have not seen this image on it yet. It would probably fill the screen and really 'pop' out at me!! Many thanks Tim for your visit!!! Always great to hear what you think of my images.
