One in the series, Facing Freud, a kind of 'portrait' of the South African

artist, Henk Serfontein. We were exploring the strategy of appropriation by

one artist of another's work while creating a new context and therefore

new meaning.

Very creative idea! I like the photograph of the solid feet - grounded - if you will, and the transparent and moving legs and foot in front. To me, it makes a statement about life being in the moment and only temporary, but leaving an impression as a sort of permanence and way of living on...
