Rough waves

Sidsel,

Great color, great waves, great mountains, great clouds - distracting image. As a guy who lives very far from the shore I can't figure out why there is a post sticking out of the water. So it puzzles me and dominates the cool waves.

On the other hand, you clearly wanted it there, so, what is that thing?

That pole is to mark the rock which cannot be seen when the water is high. To avoid boats hitting the rock. So it's quite important. Anyway, thanks for your kind comment.
