davidmccracken 2 Posted May 13, 2013 Is it you or your models who own the shoes? I am very curious. Love the image. Love the shoes. Link to comment
Elstad 3 Posted May 13, 2013 Well call me Imelda Marcos! 99% of the shoes are indeed mine as well as 99% of the costumes. Who knew that I'd be owning lots of ladies unmentionables and tall stiletto heels when I grew up? Who says I've ever grown up? I'm just happy that none of this fits ME... At least I think I am.HA! davidmccracken 2 Posted May 13, 2013 I must admit, I never gave the costumes any thought. However, I was very aware that the shoes were all pristine. I am also guessing that some of them (if not all) are very expensive. Don't worry! Your secret is safe with me! Link to comment
Elstad 3 Posted May 13, 2013 Truth be told they are not all that expensive. I set a limit of 40 US dollars or so and get them on eBay which has about a gazillion pair on offer at any one time in all sizes. When I have a model that I don't have shoes for in her size, I get some new ones and over the years have built a collection of them. They never see the outside of my studio (perhaps they would run away if they did) so they do remain pristine :=} In the beginning it seemed the models would come with the same shoes so I started buying them... and I continue to do so. Happy you've noticed the shoes!-r- Link to comment
