Took a day tour south of Dali, China and visited this once-abandoned

Buddhist Complex on a dirt road. An old woman with 3 or 4 workers is

slowly restoring the place beginning with a 7 tier temple. No signs that

named the place and neither my guide nor the woman spoke English.

Forgot to ask the tour company owner the name when tour ended.

I intended to mention that my guess is that the complex closed during the Red Guards period.

Wow, almost like an Optical Illusion! Best viewed large.  Imagine those few people restoring this place. They must be very dedicated and hard workers.
