Finally Figured Out What I Wanted To Say

I took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to say with this image. If

you click on the right arrow you will see that I thought my quandary

was one of contrast and tone, but it was all about what I was trying to

say. This particular version sums up those feelings. It is not

important that I tell you what I am trying to say, but this is the final

product. Comments regarding the quality of the image or even what

you think I am getting at would be appreciated.

This larger view helps tremendously -- I can now see the relationship among all of the components.  One could appreciate this just for the aesthetics, but one could also make a great interpretive story out of the photo if they were so inclined.  It's a unique set of elements.

An interesting cloud formation. However the impact of the image is lessened because I'm distracted by the water sloping down to the right. It might not bother others or they might not even notice but it's the first thing I see when looking at seascapes.

Thanks Steve and Greg for you helpful comments. Greg, I never really noticed the downward to the right slope of the water. I will straighten it and see if the photo still says what I want. Thanks.
