Beautiful skin tones, good pose, great eyes.  Interesting color contrast between the  warm and cool elements.  The dress is busy in a good way but the background is busy in a distracting way.  Look at her legs and notice how they are strong in simplicity and impact---in my opinion, the top half would have similar impact without graffiti behind her.  Still, an appealing image.
