many thanks for your comments - I highly appreciate them, as these "bare trees" are not exactly photos that call for attention. And, I'm glad you mentioned "strength" - there is a risk to central composition, but with the strict centering of the tree (and horizontal lines below) I aimed at a composition that challenges the viewer a bit (using some "force" or "strength"):
