Kemal, Her profile is strong as is her gaze.  I would choose to crop out the left side of the picture to hide the very dark shoulder and crop this to a vertical image.  Hold your hand or a piece of paper up to your monitor to study the crop. Do you notice how much stronger the picture becomes when the distance from her eye to the right boarder becomes the larger horizontal distance?
