You really can't go wrong with a subject like this. That said, there is a tendency to over do it. You have not. The bottom right corner is a little bland. I would consider a crop.

Great timing to catch the full extent of the splash from the cutting torch.I like that the light penetrates the bolt holes in the silhouetted plate.Nicely composed and excellent image and for me,a nice trip back to my time on construction sites.I am keep this one for my Favorites.

Good creativity, the exposure has not been overdone, we can see the ends of the sparks. Siloutted welder, you can't go wrong with that.
