What a lovely, feminine, feel-good image.  I see her face first, the flowers next to her face second, and from below the chin on down third.  The reason my eye does not go to the brightest part of the composition (hands on down) is because the strength of the color in the top half is more compelling.  Normally I would not care for the brightness level of her arms, hands and dress or the posing of her hands--but I feel it works here.  If her right arm and hand were closer in tone to her face (darker, warmer, more saturation) it might look like she is punching herself in the chin---as is, though, they become part of the lightness, along with the dress, that provide an emerging springtime mood on the bottom half which is brought to full fruition on the top half.  Other renditions and crops of this image might work well--but this one has merit as is.  I would rate this a 6. Good job.
