I have never seen this Memorial before Michael!!! My uncle was in the Mercant Marines in Canada but I remember he was in some very dangerous situations during the Second World War!!! A very dramatic image!

Fantastic memorial Michael! People remembers the role of the Navy but sometimes forget the important role of merchant navy...I would like to see this sculpture with a different water high...Thanks for share. Best regards.
