Wild stuff David. I think we are both playing with it all and I think it is healthy. I am interested in what all you did here and would love to see the parent image. Is there a hint of solarization here?

I am guessing you find this more interesting than good. No matter what, I am glad you commented. Strangely, I can't quite remember how I achieved this. I was probably 'playing' with some alcohol in me. (That happens.) The original image is actually quite bad and does contain more than her head. What I do remember is that I was trying to see if I could make a bad image interesting. Hopefully I was successful. I have attached another crop from the same original shot. Sorry that I can't be more help. I may try to 'play' with another image when I have time and see if I can achieve anything similar. (I suspect playing with the curves had a lot do with it.)

Very "Arty" I seem to vaguely remember doing excecises in art class with pastels and chalk, the results of which I recall looked very similar to this.  It also reminds me of one of those comic book heroe figures that had X ray vision!

I think this is a little bit more removed from its human origins, but I still like it.........but no, not as much as your last experiment!

Best Regards

Alf

Thanks a lot for your time and comment. Strangely this 'experiment' was one of my first. I did this years ago. I just never thought to post it until I posted my last experiment. I much prefer that one too. The pastels and chalk feelings are ones that I get too.
