Female honey bees eject drone (male) honey bees from the hive during

winter...

In spring, they just make more as needed...

They cannot bite nor sting...

Hi Fredrick,

Well composed and shot.

Honey bees are among my favorite ti image since they are usually quite tame.

I usually do not ever shot any of my macro lens over F/5.6 or F/8, bit I can understand the need for F/16 at this close range.
