I like this picture. The framing works well for me. I do however fell that the left side of the face could use a little light and a small reflector off to the right side to bring in a little light over the face and left shoulder might work well. Well done.

Seth,

If you have a fill light command on any of your software you could lighten the shadows even though you did not use a fill light to begin with.  I would be tempted to retouch out that tiny bullet-hole of light on her left cheek. 

It is funny how a picture first gives the wrong impression.  When I first saw this the red fabric looked like a garment slipping off her arm.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions :) I agree I should have used a reflector board ... or get one. Plus I really do need to develop Photoshop skills since you're right the dot of light under her eye is slightly distracting
