Mike - my dentist is in this area where the green house is located and after an expensive root canal (just after my vacation expenses) I spent some time in a greenhouse this afternoon.  I had my d300 but I had forgotten my Tamron 90mm macro at home so I had no choice but to use my Sony P&S for some closeup shots. 

A couple of years ago there was a fellow here at Pn that was using a P&S to produce some very remarkable Sunflower macros and that lingered in my mind when I pulled out my P&S. It is a 16 mp camera but that does not really mean much these days.
