This is beautiful.  The untouched body parts are crystal clear and perfectly toned.  The framing, pose, and bright highlight colors or her wrist and hair are neat.  I really like the oil paint treatment on the rest of the image.  It really softens the colors.  The blues in the water and sky create a very nice backdrop.  The only thing that I would change is whatever seems to be in the background bottom  right.  It almost looks like garbage bags and other random stuff.  Still, like the rest of your work, very very nice.  Thanks very much for sharing.

Very Beautiful. Exceptional composition. From what I see, it seems you 'selectively' used the Oil Paint filter and the results are truly a work of Art. Bravo!! Your efforts were well worth it!
