Hi Edmondo,

in German we say "pitoresk", I don't know wether there's a similar phrase in English or Italian?! The colours and the composition make me think of a painting, not a photograph.

Is that real, or did you help the mood a bit? Nevertheless, even the square form is just fitting, and the soft fading hills in the background are just too good to be true!

If Tuscany is really like this, I'll pack my things and move there...

Best regards,

Sepp

Edmundo - firstly congrats on your recent POW image. I know how positive it felt when one of my images got selected. Another impressive and beautiful image which inspires me to gain the technical knowledge (and of course location and magic hours are very important) that you possess. Tonight I watched a documentary on photographers getting their subject on a nature program produced in canada called Oasis HD. I was quite amazed at the techniques used to get the results that few would get and I am inspired by that also.

The debate will continue of where we draw the line between trying to record what one sees or representing it in a  way that you as an artist want people to view. That is, if we want to draw a line.

Keep up the fine work and by the way, I like the birds on the right side,

All the very best,
