My initial impression was to really like this image and wonder why it was not scoring higher in the ratings.  Three things: the light spot on her arm, your signature on the monument, and the stick and trash barrels in the background.  I love the randomness of the texturing and painting technique and looks great on her clothes (keeping it off the face is good).  The effect becomes really strong in the sky where is draws attention away from your subject.  I adjusted your image with changes that are my preferences for this image for your consideration.  Still, a really nice image that somehow makes me want to travel.

I am sorry.  I won't adjust any of your images in the future.  I am a fan of your art.  My short critique of this image:  LIKE___model, expression, pose, color, exposure, painting technique.   NOT LIKE___garbage cans, spot on left arm, name on sculpcher, sky texture near top.

I like it, nicely done.
