This is an intriguing portrait of a lady and her tattoos.  The color cast mutes the richness of the color of the inks.  My preference for you image is to have a neutral color for the background and a bit more natural skin tone for the model.  You have a good 3-D modeling of her face with the placement of the  main light and her pose does a good job of displaying her body art.  My preference is to see your subject rendered with more accurate color and more color contrast.

Speaking of color contrast, I noticed that the original background had a warm bias on the left side and a cool bias on the right side.  I wondered what color impact possibilities there might be so I ran the background through a curves adjustment.  What came out has a duality to it that I found interesting visually, even if a bit strong.

I like your version Raymond, she already has enough visual power that the background remains secondary. Focus on the artwork and lovely features.
