Thanks for taking the time. I do like the crop myself but suspect the photograph is not too appealing to others.

If it appeals to you, that should be enough. I like the minimalistic expression the crop creates.

Thanks again. I have never been a great judge of my own images. That is the reason I submit them for critique. I don't really like this image myself but I do like the crop. 

This is a concept you have also done well with humans. It is unusual but works for me. The subject is different but provides a fun context for the split face.

I have to be honest and say I did not think you would have commented on this image. I am very glad you have done so. Yes! I do this thing with humans. I have to say, I prefer to do it with humans. Thanks a lot.

I like the way the curve of the pelican's head goes right into the top left hand corner.   It's lovely, and moves the photograph from just another pelican shot into the fine art genre.  Very well done.

Where do I send the cheque? (check) I like the composition of this shot myself. I am not so keen on the quality of the end result. I would love the chance to re-shoot this. Thanks a lot.
