It certainly isn't obvious to me that this was taken with a pocket camera. The quality of images even on phone camera's these days are remarkably good.  And they have the great advantage of being portable! This camera here has managed to capture a good range of light and shadow and with the semi hidden little boat house there is a nice mysterious atmosphere too. Of course credit has to go to the photographer too!

There is a glass pane effect in the water that gives this a 'painterly' effect and I like that. (6)
