Thanks Phil! I started out with some shot at F8 and the mother was blurry, I then had to push the ISO from 500 to 800, lower the SS from 1/1250 to 1/800 and closed down the lens to F10 . Seems like an overkill but I never know where the mother may end up since she was flying in, land, takes off, fly away, comes back ... ect and  I hate getting a good shot with the other actress being soft or out of focus. :-)

I had two other fellows stand at least 1.5 times further than I am and said that I am too close. However, I want the closest I can get to the bird, close down the lens to between F8 - F11 to get the most detail . Everyone has their secret shooting technique and mine is as above  :-)
